The Commons at Forest Hills incorporates all of the urban design elements that make it a hallmark for new mixed use development in the Boston area. The development will seek to achieve LEED certification and apply many exciting streetscape and urban design strategies including bike lanes, street trees, raised planters, and Low Impact Development initiatives. Additionally, four rooftop gardens and plazas were designed to provide unique urban spaces that are inviting to the residents.
